How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 7 days from the date you receive the package to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 days after the delivery date. Returns postmarked after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 
How Long Will I Receive the Refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How Do I Request A Return?

  1. To start a return, you may simply email us at randomofficiall@163.com with the order number that you would like to return.
  2. We'll email you the return process and address.
  3. Once your request has been approved, please return your package and email us your return tracking number with your order number #RandomPowXXXX2023 at randomofficiall@163.com. We will not be able to approve your return request without a tracking number for the returned package.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

For all orders including those that are made from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the customers are responsible for all the costs of returns. Free return is offered only if there was a mistake in the package or if a product is defective. We're not responsible for the duties & taxes due to returns.
