Order Cancellation

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address, and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@randompow.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packed.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
