How Long Do I Have To Make A Return?

You have a maximum of 7 days from the date you receive the package to make a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 7 days after the delivery date. Returns postmarked after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Have The Tags Removed?

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached and the original packaging.

How Do I Request A Return?

  1. To start a return, you may simply email us at  randomofficiall@163.com with the order number which you would like to return.
  2. We will inform you with the return process.
  3. Once your request has been approved, please return your package and email us your return tracking number with your order number #RandomPowXXXX2023 at randomofficiall@163.com.

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?

For all orders including those that are made from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the customers are responsible for all the costs of returns. Free return is offered only if there was a mistake in the package or if a product is defective. We're not responsible for the duties & taxes due to returns. 

How Long Will I Receive the Refunds?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business day. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
